THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking talented Test & Evaluation Engineers with a background in RFT/RFQ to work within our Land team. The successful candidate will be coordinating and completing assigned Test and Evaluation tasks. You will be an integral part of the Engineering team and may be required to work with commercial resources to ensure alignment of Engineering and Technical artefacts with wider programmatic and commercial intent. Locations available are Canberra or Melbourne.

• Plan, manage, and report on all aspects of T&E activities across the product lifecycle.
• Undertake system-level T&E and trial tasks, drafting comprehensive T&E reports.
• Develop and maintain critical documentation including Test and Evaluation Strategy (TES), Master Plans (TEMP), and other artefacts.
• Provide technical and professional advice in the context of Defence T&E frameworks, policy, and governance.
• Support the achievement of Land-worthiness and system certification.
• Work under limited direction to complete complex systems engineering tasks.
