Description

We are seeking an End-to-End Testing Lead to join our dynamic team, focusing on quality assurance, user testing and release management with Workflow Management and Data Systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in manual and automated testing, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions in a secure and structured environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in QA, user testing and release management, preferably within JIRA.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, especially the setup and management of testing plans.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

    This is a fixed-term contract based in London. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients’ offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients’ policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
