POSITION SUMMARY

As a Testing Specialist, your responsibility will be to support changes to solutions and reporting with detailed functional, regression, integration, and/or performance testing along with detailed defect reporting. You will work in an agile development team setting, handshaking development and testing between you and the developers. Individuals who demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, possess strong analytical abilities, have strong team communication skills, possess SQL and excel skills, and exhibit a commitment to quality assurance are likely to find this position well suited to their expertise. This position is instrumental as it offers a unique opportunity to influence the quality and reliability of products that reach our users.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency with SQL scripting. (3-5 yrs)
• Proficiency with Excel formulas, macros, pivots, etc. (3-5 yrs)
• Experience with PowerBI. (0-3 yrs)
• Experience with devOps processes. (0-3 yrs)
• Strong understanding of product development and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on multiple projects within a timeframe, self-organizing with time management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to estimate work and deliver within estimates.
• Ability to take direction, ask questions and follow through.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency with Rally. (0-3 yrs)

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
