QUALIFICATIONS THAT INSPIRE US

• You have a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in the quality assurance of IT projects (unit, module, system, interface and performance testing), ideally initial experience as a test manager
• You have good knowledge of the test management process according to ISTQB in agile process models
• ISTQB certification is desirable
• Ideally, you have experience in working with Gitlab
• You are confident in working with Windows and Linux operating systems
• You have a structured and independent way of working and a high sense of responsibility
• You are a team player, flexible, resilient and quality-conscious
• You have strong communication skills
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English

• You organize and coordinate the test execution in the internal agile software product development for customers from the energy industry
• You are responsible for the definition of and compliance with standardized quality criteria and processes, which you coordinate with all product stakeholders
• You create test concepts and test case catalogs (based on functional and non-functional requirements)
• The test case catalogs you create support you and the team in carrying out regression tests
• Based on user stories, which you verify with regard to quality criteria,
• you create systematic test cases
• take over the creation of test data
• carry out manual tests
• develop automated test procedures
• carry out integration/system tests
• You also derive structured and comprehensible product documentation from your documented test activities
• You use your expertise to support the introduction of new suitable test tools
