Texas Candidate Pool Now Open Director of Implementation, Design, and Coaching LIFT Initiative Leading Educators is building a Texas based candidate pool in anticipation of upcoming partnerships with school systems across the state through LIFT, a statewide initiative designed to strengthen instructional leadership, support high quality instructional materials, and build educator and leader capacity. As an implementation partner for LIFT, Leading Educators supports districts and schools to successfully adopt and implement Bluebonnet curriculum, including: Bluebonnet Math K to 5 Bluebonnet Secondary Math 6 to 8 and Algebra I Bluebonnet RLA K to 5 This is not an active job posting. We are proactively building a pipeline of qualified leaders so we can move quickly as partnerships are secured and roles officially open. About the Role The Director of Implementation, Design, and Coaching serves as the accountable lead for program implementation and impact within an assigned district or portfolio. This is a senior level leadership role responsible for owning the full lifecycle of implementation from launch through completion. Key elements of the role may include: Leading large scale HQIM and Bluebonnet implementation across multiple schools or districts Serving as the primary relationship owner for district leaders and school based partners Translating district priorities into clear implementation plans, milestones, and delivery structures Designing and delivering high quality professional learning aligned to curriculum and standards Coaching district and school leaders to strengthen instructional leadership Establishing systems to track progress, manage risk, and ensure measurable outcomes Analyzing student data to guide strategy and measure impact Managing and developing Design and Coaching Specialists when applicable This role is accountable for coherence, quality, and measurable results across the partnership. Who We Are Looking For We are particularly interested in leaders who bring: At least eight years of professional experience in education, instructional leadership, curriculum implementation, or district level support Demonstrated experience leading complex implementation efforts across multiple schools or at the district level Deep experience implementing high quality instructional materials, especially Bluebonnet Prior experience with LIFT and or LASO initiatives Experience serving as a primary district partner or client relationship owner Strong background in adult learning, coaching, and professional learning design A track record of improving student outcomes and leading change across systems Location and Travel Candidates must reside in Texas. This role requires regular travel to partner districts and schools. Priority regions include: Dallas Fort Worth Austin Houston San Antonio Rio Grande Valley El Paso Corpus Christi Permian Basin Compensation If Roles Open Base salary range: 103,649 to 140,231 Typical starting salary: approximately 121,940 Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement contributions, and generous paid time off.
