*Base + Bonus Potential POSITION SUMMARY:  The Texas District Sales Manager (TXDM) for PlumpJack, CADE and Odette Wineries is responsible for sales in Houston, San Antonio and Austin utilizing a distributor network as established. TXDM is responsible for the region’s P/L including achieving sales goals and profitable budget management. Due to the limited production and high demand of our wines, there is a sales emphasis on high profile “A” accounts and a minimum goal of 70% on-premise and 30% off-premise. TXDM is responsible for targeting and tracking accounts to ensure success in their markets. TXDM will assist in achieving an annual sales plan which will include Sales by Varietal by Market, Travel and Entertainment Budget, Scheduled Winemaker, DOS and GM sales travels. Must be self-motivated, creative, organized and have the ability to work without supervision. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Administration: 1. Achieve Sales Objectives while managing assigned budget. 2. Proactively develop creative solutions to achieve distribution and growth objectives. 3. Plan and execute account calls on their own and with distributor partners. 4. Communicate sales success and challenges. 5. Track sales calls via Karma and follow up, minimum 75 per month. 6. Coordinate and Encourage with PlumpJack/CADE/Odette Marketing and Hospitality Staff, Distributor, Broker and Key Account visits to wineries. 7. With PlumpJack/CADE/Odette Marketing develop contact list by market and by channel for email direct communication monthly Sales / Travel: 1. Minimum 25% travel within the territory to call on accounts with distributor partners and on own for sales calls, education, and planning. 2. Attend Key Market Trade Shows  3. Host or attend Charity, Consumer Wine Tastings and Dinners 4. Communication and ensure awareness of PlumpJack, CADE and Odette Marketing Objectives. 5. Conduct on- going training and tastings for key on-premise and off premise accounts. Other duties as assigned EOE
