MASTER’S DEGREE IN SPECIAL EDUCATION, EDUCATIONAL DIAGNOSTICS, PSYCHOLOGY OR A RELATED FIELD, ACTIVE EDUCATIONAL DIAGNOSTICIAN LICENSE, AND 1+ YEARS EDUCATIONAL DIAGNOSTICIAN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Soliant is seeking an experienced Educational Diagnostician to join our team, primarily supporting middle school students. This position offers flexibility, with a part-time schedule of four days per week, and the option to work full-time for candidates interested in a five-day workweek.
As an Educational Diagnostician, you will play a critical role in assessing student needs, interpreting evaluation data, and collaborating with educators and families to develop effective instructional strategies and services tailored to individual students.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Educational Diagnostician or in a closely related role.
• Valid licensure or certification as an Educational Diagnostician in the state.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, special education laws, and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to timely and accurate reporting.

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for middle school students to determine eligibility for special education services.
• Interpret test results and write clear, detailed evaluation reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop appropriate educational plans based on assessment outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations to support student learning and success.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and legal requirements related to special education evaluations.
