Vault Operations Job Summary Texas Precious Metals is seeking a dedicated professional to manage all aspects of vault operations, including inventory management, metals handling, shipping and receiving, and tour security. This position ensures the integrity, safety, and accuracy of operations while upholding the highest standard of professionalism and confidentiality. Vault Operations Responsibilities - Handle transportation of metals between the depository and main facility - Process and manage inbound and outbound package handling - Operate ERP system to maintain real-time, accurate inventory records - Provide security and escort duties during depository tours - Ensure cleanliness and safety compliance throughout the facility - Perform miscellaneous tasks essential to operations of a small company - All other duties as assigned by management Vault Operations Skills and Competencies - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Forklift operation (training provided if needed) - Gun safety knowledge and LTC license (can be obtained post-hire) - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications - Sound judgment and ability to follow instructions - Clean and professional work habits and appearance Vault Operations Qualifications - Some college coursework preferred - Proficiency in MS Office - Experience in accounting, banking, finance, or programming a plus - Must be highly detail-oriented, dependable, and trustworthy Work Environment Work is primarily conducted in a climate-controlled office with occasional movement to manufacturing areas and outdoors.
