In addition we would consider the following qualifications for possible training: A reliable, detail-oriented individual with proven experience using hand tools for assembly, repair, or fabrication work. Must be able to read measurements, follow instructions, and work safely and efficiently. Job Responsibilities Spread fabric accurately according to markers and production specifications Inspect fabric for defects before and during spreading Operate manual or automated cutting equipment (training provided for entry-level candidates) Follow work orders and cutting tickets to meet daily production goals Maintain fabric alignment, proper tension, and material efficiency Keep work area clean and organized Follow all safety and quality control standards Why Join Us?
