Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a TGR Brand Associate to join our Marketing Services Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The TGR Brand Associate is expected to handle brand planning and strategy, brand and marketing communications, project and campaigns management, and motorsports events management Your Role and Responsibilities: Brand Planning and Strategy Conducts brand and product research to inform strategic decisions Develops marketing strategies for TGR products and events, creating impactful campaigns. Presents plans and strategies clearly to team members and stakeholders. Brand and Marketing Communications Leads the committee in creating comprehensive communication plans. Works with agencies to execute the communications plan and ensure its success. Ensures all communications adhere to TGR brand guidelines. Manages TGR's digital and showroom presence, ensuring a consistent and strong brand image. Project and Campaigns Management Evaluates campaign effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement. Manages and monitors budget utilization to ensure campaigns stay on track. Ensures the timely delivery of all project and campaign deliverables. Motorsports Events Management Assists in staging TGR's various motorsports events Works with race management agencies Conducts racer engagement and fan experience activities to grow racing community assists in the building & management of TGR's racing tear Advocates for expansion of motorsports in the PH Helps in the development and conversion of race cars Brand Planning and Strategy Assists in staging various TGR motorsports events, helping to bring them to life. Collaborates with race management agencies to ensure smooth event execution. Conducts racer engagement and fan experience activities to grow and strengthen the racing community. Assists in the building and management of TGR's racing team, contributing to its success. Advocates for the expansion of motorsports in the Philippines. Supports the development and conversion of race cars to ensure competitive performance. Our Perfect Match You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Management/Advertising, Communications. You have a genuine passion for motorsports and a strong interest in the industry, which will be an asset. You have a basic knowledge of car development and its processes and are eager to learn and grow in this area. You have some experience with events management and are ready to plan and execute successful events. You have a strong foundation in marketing and advertising and are eager to contribute to brand visibility and growth. You have the ability to think creatively and apply strategic and creative communications to deliver innovative campaigns. You have a solid understanding of brand analysis and development and are excited to help refine and strengthen brand positioning.
