Job Description: TGT English Location: Baramulla, Kashmir Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Experience Required: 2–3 Years Role Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced TGT English Teacher for a reputed CBSE school in Baramulla, Kashmir. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire students of middle and secondary classes through innovative and engaging teaching methodologies. Key Responsibilities Teach English to middle/secondary classes as per CBSE curriculum guidelines. Prepare lesson plans aligned with academic objectives. Conduct assessments, tests, and periodic evaluations. Improve students’ grammar, writing, comprehension, and spoken English skills. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and academic planning. Support remedial classes for students requiring additional guidance. Skills & Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in English with B.Ed (mandatory). 2–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred. Strong command over spoken and written English. Excellent classroom management skills. Ability to integrate technology into teaching practices.
