Description
Develop and deliver engaging Marathi language lessons for middle school students. Follow the prescribed curriculum and educational standards. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Encourage student participation, critical thinking, and language development. Use diverse teaching methods, instructional materials, and educational technology. Assess student performance through assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations. Provide constructive feedback to support student improvement. Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school administration. Organize and participate in Marathi-related cultural programs and extracurricular activities. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress. Participate in professional development and training programs. Contribute to the school's academic excellence and overall positive environment. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marathi Literature, Marathi Language, or a related field. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) qualification is mandatory. Experience teaching Marathi to Grades 6–10 is highly preferred. Excellent written and spoken Marathi language skills. Strong knowledge of Marathi literature, grammar, and culture. Ability to create effective lesson plans and manage classrooms successfully. Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching platforms. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
