Description
With the mission of "Unleashing the potential of the manufacturing industry," CADDi strives to create a world that can realize each manufacturer’s strength to create a flat, non-hierarchical relationship between customers and manufacturers. We are challenging to transform the entire manufacturing supply chain from both upstream and downstream and to create an infrastructure that encourages companies with global potential to grow. We welcome those who can share CADDi's mission, vision, and culture. As a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant at CADDI, you will serve as the primary technical bridge between our innovative manufacturing solutions and our prospective clients. You are not just a product expert; you are a strategic advisor who understands the deep-seated inefficiencies in the manufacturing supply chain. You will partner with Field Sales to diagnose customer "pain points," design high-impact use cases, and demonstrate how CADDI’s AI-driven platform transforms "dark data" into measurable ROI. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Pre-Sales Strategy & Execution Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with the Field Sales team to drive the technical sales cycle from initial discovery to successful trial/POC. Customized Demos: Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations that speak directly to the customer’s specific operational challenges. Solution Architecture: Analyze complex customer workflows to identify gaps and introduce potential use cases where CADDI can provide immediate value. Value Engineering & ROI ROI Calculation: Develop data-driven financial models to quantify the impact of CADDI on a customer’s bottom line (e.g., reducing procurement costs, minimizing duplicate parts, and accelerating design cycles). Business Case Development: Help customers build internal buy-in by translating technical features into executive-level business outcomes. Account Management & Engagement Relationship Building: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including Procurement Heads, Engineering Managers, and CTOs. Continuous Engagement: Proactively check in with accounts to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure the solution remains aligned with their evolving business goals. Customer Advocacy: Act as a liaison between the customer and our Product team to ensure user feedback informs our future roadmap. Product & Domain Expertise Continuous Learning: Maintain an expert-level understanding of CADDI’s products and the underlying AI technology. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends in Industry 4.0, digital transformation, and manufacturing supply chain management. Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Experience: 5+ years in Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management. Possess a strong background either in SaaS business, CRM/MA/peripheral tools, or Manufacturing. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to work with data and build logical, persuasive business cases. Strong Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills; the ability to make complex technology feel simple and urgent. A keen intellect, capable of advanced analytical and critical thinking, able to solve problems, and drive complex decision making. Person who is willing to get his/her hands dirty, take ownership to deliver results, do whatever it takes no matter how strategic or operational that work is. In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, marketing, and customer success.
