Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of delicious Thai bubble tea beverages and snacks
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage in friendly conversations with customers
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all guests
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling
• Collaborate and support team members in day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Thai or Mandarin is an asset
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
• Eligible to work in Canada
