JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a dedicated Thai Head Chef with 5+ years of experience in Thai cuisine and kitchen leadership. You will oversee the kitchen’s daily operations, lead menu development, manage costs, mentor staff, and uphold the highest culinary and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a head chef, sous chef, or senior chef with a strong focus on Thai cuisine.
  • Proven leadership and management skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of Thai cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
  • Strong expertise in menu planning, cost controls, and inventory management.
  • Excellent team-building, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., FoodSafe BC or equivalent); understanding of allergen management.
