Thai Specialty Chef – (Thai Origin) We are seeking a highly skilled, passionate, and experienced Thai Specialty Chef of Thai origin to deliver authentic Thai culinary experiences across our dining outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining authenticity, high quality standards, and culinary excellence while creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and present authentic Thai dishes in line with traditional recipes and hotel standards. * Plan, develop, and innovate Thai menus while preserving authentic flavors and techniques. * Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, presentation, hygiene, and safety. * Manage daily kitchen operations related to Thai cuisine. * Train and guide kitchen staff on authentic Thai cooking methods and presentation styles. * Control food costs, minimize wastage, and manage inventory effectively. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hotel operational standards. * Collaborate with the Director Culinary and other departments for smooth kitchen operations. Qualifications & Skills * Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Thai Specialty Chef in reputed hotels or restaurants. * Strong knowledge of authentic Thai cuisine, ingredients, herbs, and cooking techniques. * Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. * Willingness to work flexible hours on a roster basis.

Responsibilities

The chef is responsible for preparing and presenting authentic Thai dishes while innovating menus to maintain high quality and authenticity. They will also manage daily kitchen operations, train staff, and ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
