JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Welcoming and caring for Customers at The Botanic Spa
• Proper management of treatment and massage bookings and related charges
• Management of phone calls and email correspondence
• Up-selling products, Spa promotion
• Control of booking procedures
• Ability to provide detailed information about the services offered at The Botanic Spa, ensuring a complete and satisfying experience for each Customer
• Coordinated by the Department Manager communicates initiatives and promotions in the Hotel
  Qualifiche

QUALIFICHE:

• Diploma
• Conoscenza ottima lingua italiana ed inglese, conoscenza di una terza lingua gradita
• Esperienza di almeno due anni maturata nel ruolo in contesti alberghieri d’eccellenza con elevati criteri di servizio
• Buona conoscenza dei principali software alberghieri
• Capacità di iniziativa e gestione indipendente
• Automunito

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English language, knowledge of a third language appreciated
• At least two years of experience gained in the role in excellent hotel contexts with high service criteria
• Excellent knowledge of the main hotel software
• Ability to take initiative and manage independently
• Car needed
