About the Chef de Partie role: Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling General cleaning duties Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times Contribute to the development and planning of new products, menus, and promotions to enhance customer experience Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen. Hours per week: 45 4 days on, 3 days off Qualifications Proven experience Proficiency in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines Leaving Cert level education or above NVQ qualification or equivalent Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Exceptional attention to detail Additional Information WSH Restaurants has built a family-feel culture where we offer development and progression for all.
