About the Chef de Partie role: Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling General cleaning duties Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate. Own your section within a growing Mediterranean kitchen, using fresh seasonal ingredients Opportunity to learn and develop and potential to progress to Junior Sous The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen. Hours per week: 45 Qualifications Proven experience Proficiency in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines Leaving Cert level education or above NVQ qualification or equivalent Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Exceptional attention to detail Additional Information WSH Restaurants has built a family-feel culture where we offer development and progression for all.
