About the Commis Chef role: Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling General cleaning duties Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times Contribute to the development and planning of new products, menus, and promotions to enhance customer experience Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
