Key Responsibilities: Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience to our guests. Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well, including ingredients and cooking techniques, to help guests with their choices. Presentation: Serve dishes with style, pour wine accurately, and create memorable dining moments. Teamwork: Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service. Upselling: Recommend featured items, drinks, and wine pairings to enhance guests' experiences. Stay Cool: Handle high-pressure situations calmly, professionally and refer them to the line manager, if necessary.
