Job Title The Business Process Expert (Professional Services)- all genders Job Description Your role In this role, you contribute to shaping scalable and reliable services that support Philips’ healthcare technology solutions. Your work helps ensure high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across complex, cross‑functional environments—ultimately enabling better care for patients worldwide. You will be responsible for Design and standardize end-to-end Professional Services processes to drive efficiency, quality, and scalability Translate business and customer requirements into fit-for-purpose capabilities across process, data, and systems Ensure alignment between process design and IT solutions through close collaboration with Product Owners and LPO/E Support deployment readiness, including change management, training, and go-live execution Monitor process performance and adoption, driving continuous improvement using data and best practices (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building to sustain long-term process excellence and business continuity You’re the right fit if you have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. Business process management, continuous improvement, or project/change management within a service-oriented environment Strong skills in process design and modelling, data analysis, and working with IT systems and integrations Proven stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills with a proactive and structured mindset Fluency in English (written and spoken) Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies (preferred) Familiarity with global service operations or Professional Services processes (preferred) #LI_EU #LI_CONNECTEDCARE #LI_ONSITE How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
