Reports to the Head of Home & Kitchen. Works closely with the Product and Operations Teams to ensure buying, merchandising, and sales processes operate efficiently and effectively Oversees the supply chain process, including but not limited to procurement, production, inventory control, logistics, and distribution Monitors inventory by ensuring the product database, internal spreadsheets, and category product spreadsheets are up to date, organized, and accurate Partners with vendors to confirm delivery dates, quantities, and compliance with agreed-to terms Liaises with the Development Team, project managers, and vendors to coordinate timely and efficient product flow as well as reorders from vendors and Eataly locations Monitors sales, forecasts, and purchasing plans Analyzes merchandise performance, monitors vendor sales per store, and proposes adjustments to meet objectives and marketing cadences Negotiates cost savings and sale pricing Manages stock level in the central warehouse Mentors, coaches, and coordinates with the Sales Team on product information and production decisions Performs other duties as required or assigned Qualifications Associate or Bachelor Degree 2 + years of experience in a similar role Experience in a hospitality setting preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Outstanding analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, motivation, and multi-tasking skills JOB REQUIREMENTS Travel to all Eataly North America locations up to 15% of the time The annual salary for this position is $75,000-$85,000 Additional Information Benefits and Perks Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave 401K with match or RRSP Bonus program Free family meal daily Discounts at Eataly Classes on products and Italian cuisine Referral bonus program and more!
