ABOUT THE ROLE

Moama Bowling Club is a leader in dining, entertainment, and sport along the Murray River. We’re now looking for an energetic Venue Coordinator to join our team at The Greens.
In this hands-on role, you’ll coordinate the daily operations of The Greens, including bars, functions, barefoot bowls, and sporting events. You’ll work closely with the Bowls Operations Manager and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and memorable experiences for our members and guests.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Oversee bar, functions, and barefoot bowls operations.
• Coordinate bowls events, bookings, and club visits.
• Supervise, train, and support staff on shift.
• Liaise with internal teams and committees to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Help promote and grow the bowls community at Moama Bowling Club.
