WE LOVE OUR WORK. Prepares and serves a variety of beverages, including but not limited to alcoholic and non-alcoholic according to established standards. Takes guest food and beverage orders, processes transactions accurately using POS systems, and handles cash, credit, and comp transactions in accordance with financial controls. Provides prompt, friendly, and personalized guest service, greeting guests warmly, using guest names when appropriate, and offering menu recommendations. Explains menu offerings, answers guest questions, and promotes current property events, promotions, and offerings. Handles and presents baked goods and light food items in an attractive, sanitary manner, ensuring proper stocking, rotation, and freshness. Assists with opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, cleaning, sanitizing equipment, and completing inventory counts. Maintains a clean, organized, and guest-ready coffee cart and surrounding areas in accordance with health and safety standards. Monitors guest consumption of alcohol when applicable and follow responsible service guidelines. Recognizes repeat or valued guests and communicates service needs to restaurant or property team members to enhance the guest experience. Restocks supplies and ingredients as needed and reports inventory shortages or maintenance issues promptly. Follows all food safety, sanitation, company, and regulatory policies and procedures at all times. Maintains professional appearance and demeanor, thanks guests, invites them back, and performs additional job-related duties as assigned. BRING US YOUR BEST. Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required. One to three months of related experience preferred; prior barista or café experience strongly preferred. Excellent guest service and communication skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Ability to accurately count money, make change, and process transactions. Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment with exposure to noise and bright lights. Physical ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to approximately 35 pounds. Must meet professional appearance and grooming standards. ServSafe or local food handler certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire.
