We offer three tracks under this programme, namely the Graduate Analyst, the Supervision Graduate Analyst, and the Digital Graduate Analyst tracks. Programme Features * Onboarding Program: A two-week onboarding programme centered on the Bank, its key functions, and its culture and values. * Mentorship: Each Graduate Analyst will be assigned a mentor to help them grow and achieve their career goals. * Networking Events: Informal networking events (virtual or in-person) to build relationships with other Graduate Analysts and employees at the Bank. * Development Support: Structured Development Support Programme that includes access to online learning resources, a dedicated buddy for informal guidance, and regular check-ins to align your progress with career goals.
