Job Description As an SAP Architect within the Global ERP Center of Expertise, you will play a key role in shaping and governing Santen’s global ERP architecture. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to design scalable, cost-effective SAP solutions, drive large-scale transformations, and maximize business value across a complex, multi-regional ERP landscape. Please note that interviews will start from the second week of January. What you will do Define and own the global ERP and SAP architecture vision, aligned with business strategy and the DIT roadmap Establish and maintain architecture standards, principles, and governance processes across regions Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose solution designs Lead and oversee ERP and satellite system implementations, including S/4HANA and integrated platforms Provide architectural, functional, and technical guidance to regional ERP teams and project resources Drive continuous improvement and innovation across SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA and SAP BTP Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value while optimizing total cost of ownership (TCO) Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, service partners, and global business teams Stay current on SAP technologies, industry trends, and best practices, guiding their effective adoption Qualifications What you will bring to the role 12+ years of experience in SAP consulting, systems integration, or architecture roles, with strong exposure to complex enterprise environments Proven track record (8+ years) leading large-scale SAP transformation initiatives across global or multi-regional landscapes Extensive SAP expertise with the ability to quickly observe, assess, and adopt new technologies within the SAP ecosystem and beyond Strong capability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value, outcomes, and decision-ready insights Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, able to convey ideas through simple, visual explanations that are easily understood by business stakeholders Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and related satellite systems Solid understanding of integration patterns, APIs, middleware solutions, and hybrid architectures across SAP and non-SAP platforms Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern enterprise architecture principles - Architecture Certification is desiderable.
