Description Our Restaurant Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant's operations. In this role, you are responsible not only for strategizing but also for preparing reports and being a key person of reference for team members, guests, and vendors. This position may require flexible scheduling availability. Requirements Job Requirements: Meet or exceed budgeted profit and margin for hotel Accurately forecasts revenue/expenses Analyze financial and operational information on an ongoing basis to adjust business plans, labor requirements, and operating costs Know local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotel Validate customers' IDs and monitor all beverage consumption Follow financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables Manage human resource functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions Job Qualifications: Ability to follow brand and IHM standard operating procedures to prepare food and beverage items Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary Ability to work well in stressful situations Ability to extend professionalism and courtesy to guests at all times Valid Driver's License is preferred The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
