As we continue to scale both corporate and franchise locations, we are investing in strong financial infrastructure to support our growth. Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Full-Time Bookkeeper / Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations across our corporate and franchise support structure. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, clean data, and actionable insights for leadership. The ideal candidate has strong experience with QuickBooks Enterprise, including the use of classes/dimensions for multi-location or multi-entity reporting. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Daily & Weekly Accounting Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Enterprise Record and reconcile all transactions (bank, credit card, loans) Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Process and track intercompany transactions (corporate vs. franchise-related activity) Monthly Close & Reporting Perform monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations Maintain and manage financial dimensions (locations, departments, entities) Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Ensure consistency and accuracy across all reporting categories Franchise & Multi-Location Support Track and reconcile franchise-related revenue (royalties, fees, marketing contributions) Support reporting by store, region, and ownership structure Assist in creating scalable systems for multi-unit growth Operational Support Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and forecasting Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement Maintain organized financial documentation and audit-ready records Qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (multi-location or franchise experience preferred) Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise Experience using classes, dimensions, or segmented reporting High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities simultaneously Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Preferred Experience Experience in a franchise or multi-unit business Familiarity with service-based businesses or retail environments Exposure to scaling companies or high-growth environments What We’re Looking For Someone who takes ownership and prides themselves on clean, accurate financials A curious problem-solver who can build systems, not just maintain them A team player who wants to grow with a dynamic, fast-paced company Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to grow within a scaling company Collaborative and supportive team environment Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement The Only Facial is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other protected status under applicable law.
