Job Title: HR Pay Analyst
Weekly Hours: Full Time
Supervised by: Director, HR
Posting: External and Internal
Position Overview: Support the Onyx and Tribe teams by producing detailed analyses for compensation. Participate in various compensation related projects, including compensation reviews and analysis for Onyx clients. Respond to various compensation requests and keep consistency of compensation across Onyx and Tribe.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Compensation knowledge required.
  • Prefer HR degree or Experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills and typing speed.
  • Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment, independently.
    Work environment and Physical Demands: Requires sitting, standing, and walking associated with a normal physician office environment. Person may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, infectious diseases, blood/bodily fluids, and disease-bearing specimens.

Responsibilities
  • Provides education and training to managers and leaders regarding compensation issues and practices.
  • Examines and evaluates compensation of positions at all levels.
  • Designs, builds, manipulates and produces detailed analyses and reports as requested. Makes recommendations based on the analysis.
  • Participates in salary surveys as needed to ensure that compensation is competitive with external market.
  • Provides market data to management team for annual merit increases.
  • Complete annual merit cycles along with Tribe and Onyx leadership.
  • Works with managers on offers for all positions.
  • Evaluates job duties and formulates recommendations to business leaders on pay and FLSA exemption status based on analyses of internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Performs analysis of compensation plans and establishes salary bands.
  • Ensures Onyx and Tribe’s positions are competitive based on the market.
  • Run and analyze compensation reports.
  • Salary reviews for clients upon request.
  • Process role changes.
  • All other duties assigned.
