Whether you're building your first career in food service or bringing years of expertise to the table, Minor Food offers the scale of a global operator with the energy and opportunity of a company that's still very much on the move. วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน (Job Purpose) รับผิดชอบการให้บริการชำระเงินแก่ลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้อง โปร่งใส และเป็นมืออาชีพ ตามมาตรฐานและแนวทางของบริษัท เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดแก่ลูกค้า และรักษาความถูกต้องของรายได้ของร้าน ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities) การให้บริการชำระเงิน • ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของเคาน์เตอร์แคชเชียร์ เอกสาร และอุปกรณ์ก่อนเริ่มกะ • ให้บริการชำระเงินแก่ลูกค้าด้วยความสุภาพ ยิ้มแย้ม และรวดเร็ว • ตรวจสอบรายการสินค้าให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนก่อนแจ้งยอดชำระ • แจ้งจำนวนเงินที่รับและทอนเงินให้ลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้อง โปร่งใส • รับชำระเงินในทุกรูปแบบ (เงินสด บัตรเครดิต/เดบิต QR Code) ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด การจัดการเอกสารและรายงาน • ดูแลและจัดเก็บเอกสารการขายอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน • บันทึกยอดขายและรวบรวมเอกสารการขายประจำวันตามระเบียบของบริษัท • ส่งมอบเงินยอดขายให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนดอย่างถูกต้อง การบริการลูกค้า • แนะนำสินค้าและโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการขายให้ลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้อง • สอบถามความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าและเชื้อเชิญให้กลับมาใช้บริการอีกครั้ง การรักษาความสะอาดและสุขอนามัย • ดูแลบริเวณเคาน์เตอร์แคชเชียร์ให้สะอาดเรียบร้อยและพร้อมให้บริการตลอดเวลา • ดูแลรักษาเครื่องแต่งกายและความสะอาดส่วนบุคคลตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท • ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา คุณสมบัติของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน (Job Specifications) การศึกษา (Education): มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ม.6) หรือเทียบเท่าขึ้นไป ประสบการณ์ (Experience): ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์ (หากมีประสบการณ์งานแคชเชียร์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) คุณสมบัติอื่น ๆ: • มีใจรักงานบริการ ยิ้มแย้ม กระฉับกระเฉง และมีความละเอียดรอบคอบ • มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง • มีทักษะการคิดคำนวณเบื้องต้นและความถูกต้องในการจัดการเงิน • สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (6 วัน/สัปดาห์) รวมถึงวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ • มีทักษะการใช้ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี Not the right fit?
