Whether you're building your first career in food service or bringing years of expertise to the table, Minor Food offers the scale of a global operator with the energy and opportunity of a company that's still very much on the move. วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน Driver เป็นบุคคลที่มีบทบาทสำคัญที่สุดคนหนึ่งสำหรับร้าน โดยพนักงาน Driver ถือว่าเป็นตัวแทนของบริษัทที่จะนำส่งอาหารที่มีความร้อนและคุณภาพที่ดีให้กับลูกค้า ตามเวลาที่กำหนด เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า 100% บทบาทของพนักงาน Driver ประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมหลัก 2 ประการ คือ (1) สนับสนุนการบริการโดยการนำส่งอาหารให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพึงพอใจ 100% (2) สนับสนุนการสร้างทีมงานภายในร้าน ความรับผิดชอบหลัก : ส่วนของคุณภาพการบริการและขั้นตอนการทำงาน ตรวจสอบความพร้อมและความสะอาดเรียบร้อยของรถจักรยานยนต์และอุปกรณ์การนำส่งอาหาร รวมถึงการแต่งกายที่ดูสะอาดเรียบร้อย ให้ความสำคัญกับลูกค้า โดยการนำส่งอาหารที่ลูกค้าสั่งให้ทันตามเวลาที่กำหนด อย่างสุภาพ โดยต้องปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการบริการที่บริษัทกำหนดและได้รับการสอนมา ตรวจเช็กคุณภาพอาหารให้ได้ตามมาตรฐาน SOO เบื้องต้น ก่อนเสิร์ฟให้ลูกค้า กล่าวคำขอบคุณลูกค้าอย่างจริงใจ เพื่อสร้างความประทับใจให้ลูกค้าในการบริการ เพื่อให้ลูกค้ากลับมาใช้บริการในครั้งต่อไป ขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์อย่างระมัดระวัง และเคารพกฎจราจรอย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน และสร้างชื่อเสียงที่ดีให้บริษัทต่อบุคคลภายนอกในด้านการขับขี่ปลอดภัย ส่วนของความสะอาด ทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์ในการส่งอาหารและอุปกรณ์ของรถจักรยานยนต์ให้ครบถ้วน พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอในขณะปฏิบัติงาน คุณสมบัติของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน : วุฒิมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย หรือเทียบเท่า มีใจรักงานด้านบริการ มีความรับผิดชอบและมีความซื่อสัตย์ มีใบขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ที่ไม่หมดอายุ และมีรถจักรยานยนต์เป็นของตนเอง มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ และสื่อสารกับบุคคลอื่นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ Not the right fit?
