The Point Casino is seeking an experienced and motivated Shift Manager to oversee casino operations during assigned shifts and ensure exceptional guest experiences, team performance, and operational excellence. As a key member of the leadership team, the Shift Manager serves as the General Manager's representative during their assigned shift, providing direction, support, and decision-making across all casino departments. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance, supporting departmental leaders, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring guests receive outstanding service in a safe and welcoming environment. What You'll Do Lead and oversee daily casino operations during assigned shifts. Support and guide managers and team members across multiple departments. Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies. Maintain high standards of guest service and employee engagement. Monitor staffing levels, facility conditions, equipment functionality, and overall operational efficiency. Respond quickly and effectively to operational issues and guest concerns. Support hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development. Promote a positive, professional, and team-focused culture. Lead by example and foster a proactive problem-solving environment. What We're Looking For Management experience in gaming, hospitality, hotel, or related operations. Knowledge of casino operations, including Slots, Cage, Table Games, and Hotel functions. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to remain visible and engaged on the casino floor while supporting guests and team members. Commitment to regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
