Description

Lead the design and implementation of the complete Engagement-to-Cash (E2C) process, from project initiation to revenue realization. Collaborate with Finance, Project Management, and Operations teams to gather requirements and effectively map business processes within SAP. Configure and provide ongoing support for SAP modules, including FI, CO, PS, and SD. Oversee project setup, budgeting, time and expense tracking, milestone billing, cost and revenue recognition, and client invoicing. Implement and enhance automated billing and intercompany recharge processes that align with global service delivery models. Ensure seamless integration between Project Systems (PS) and Finance (FI/CO) to guarantee accurate revenue and cost postings. Participate in month-end close activities, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15 / ASC 606). Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, and enhancements (RICEFW). Provide user training, create process documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with global teams to standardize and optimize the E2C process across various regions. Demonstrate hands-on experience in implementing E-Invoicing solutions in at least one territory. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years focused on E2C, Project Systems, or Service Billing roles. In-depth understanding of professional services finance processes, including project accounting, time and expense management, work-in-progress (WIP), billing, and revenue recognition. Expertise in SAP FI/CO, PS, and SD integration; experience with S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with Fixed Price and Time & Material contracts. Knowledge of event-based revenue accounting and reporting is a valuable asset. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical SAP solutions. Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud and Central Business Configuration (CBC). Familiarity with external time management solutions, such as Replicon. Exposure to intercompany and cross-border billing scenarios within a global professional services environment. Knowledge of automation tools such as Icertis, Concur, or Workday PSA integrations with SAP.
