Our quality obsessed chefs grill our burgers with the same attention and skill as they do the prime cut steaks at American Beauty. The Win~Dow is adored by locals and chefs alike and has grown from a humble neighborhood stand to a cult-followed destination serving over 3,000 happy guests weekly.
We are looking for FOH Shift Leads who are committed to inspiring an up-beat, productive and fun team environment. You will help grow the business by creating genuine experiences and building positive relationships with guests, our team, and vendors.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-3 years of experience in a fast casual environment that values quality food, with at least one year in a Supervisor or Shift Lead role- scratch kitchen experience strongly preferred!
• Focus on building positive relationships with guests and team members
• Commitment to our service standards and excellent training
• Create a memorable experience for every guest and role model heartfelt hospitality
• Calm, positive and solutions oriented when under pressure
