YOUR NEW ROLE We're seeking a multi-skilled Theatre Technician to provide frontline technical support across staging, lighting, sound/AV, recording and broadcast. You'll support productions, presenters and venue hirers by delivering events, responding to technical issues, maintaining production equipment and providing outstanding customer service. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll uphold high technical and WH&S standards while contributing to safe, seamless event delivery. To be successful in this role you will need: * Minimum 3 years' experience across multiple production disciplines, including staging, lighting, sound, AV, communications, and broadcast. * Proven ability to perform theatre and precinct operations, including incident response, customer service, and interdisciplinary technician duties. * Strong technical knowledge of communications, signal transport systems, intercoms, audio/video routing, and IP networks. * Ability to interpret and prepare event documentation, implement technical requirements, and lead small teams to deliver successful events. * Physically fit and agile, with the ability to work at heights, supported by strong communication and interpersonal skills.
