SUMMARY AND PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for all logistics, fundraising, organization and planning for the Voc Tech Theatre Company.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Select productions for students participation
• Secure rights to the shows
• Select students to perform and crew for fall & spring production
• Ensure all students are academically eligible for participation
• Plan and oversee all rehearsals
• Coordinate fundraising
• Hire musical coordinator, choreographer, sound technician, Assistant Director,Assistant & any other positions needed
• Creation & solicitation for PlayBill
• Ordering & organization of costumes & props
