PRIMARY DETAIL Permanent full time role opportunity for an experienced senior nurse to step up to coordinate Perioperative Services at Macquarie University Hospital in the evenings. Competitive base salary from $135,406.00 (Nurse Unit Manager - Grade 1) as per the Enterprise Agreement. The Role Macquarie University Health is recruiting for an experienced senior nurse to join the Perioperative Services team as a Theatre Evening Floor Coordinator. This role is an essential part of the leadership team, as you will oversee all theatre activity in the evenings at Macquarie University Hospital. As the Theatre Evening Floor Coordinator, you will coordinate the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality clinical care, all in an effort of providing exceptional operational excellence for our patients. This position will also provide you with an opportunity to closely collaborate with a range of medical professionals including Surgeons, Anaesthetists, Theatre Management, After Hours Managers and Nurse Unit Managers. Your involvement in these partnerships will help build positive patient outcomes, staff engagement and ensure optimal clinical performance across theatres.
