MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 16 years old at the time of hire
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Work in a fastpaced environment with varying noise levels

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional service
• Operate pointofsale systems to sell tickets, snacks, and drinks; handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the theatre, including restrooms, auditoriums, and lobby
• Monitor auditoriums for picture, sound, comfort, and guest behavior
• Politely enforce movie ratings and theatre policies, including ADA compliance
• Assist guests with questions or special accommodations
• Support team members and perform additional duties as assigned
