Ashford Hospital - Theatre Orderly Perioperative Services FTE: Part time to full time Generous salary packaging opportunities Ashford Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team as Theatre Orderly. This position will assist with our fast-paced perioperative services environment. About the role Transporting patients to/from and within the perioperative department Assisting within the operating theatre as delegated by the nursing team Providing assistance with patient transport Ensuring patient trolleys/beds are available in recovery a timely manner Couriering items as delegated by nursing team Undertaking cleaning of the operating theatre between cases as per facility protocols Restocking and unpacking as delegated Waste removal from peri-operative suite Working alongside the nursing staff of the perioperative department, it is important to adhere to ACHA’s patient/client and staff confidentiality with compliance to legislation and ACHA privacy policy.
