Deliver direct care to patients within their caseload in accordance with the trusts policies and HCPC/NMC guidelines. Comply with trust policies and requirements and undertake duties in accordance with the most recent HCPC/NMC Code of Professional Conduct. Maintain clear, accurate, legible and up to date trust documentation that provides an accurate record of perioperative care delivered in accordance with the most recent NMC/HCPC standards for record keeping. Maintain confidentiality of trust and patient information.
