Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the dynamic team at Ballarat Health Services’ Endoscopy suite in the Perioperative Day Procedure Unit. This permanent part-time role operates Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with no weekend or on-call requirements. Work in state-of-the-art facilities, contribute to high-quality patient care, and enjoy training opportunities to enhance your skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with safe patient positioning during procedures.
  • Prepare, maintain, and handle theatre equipment.
  • Perform transport, cleaning, and portering duties.
  • Dispose of soiled linen and consumables.
  • Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
  • Report equipment issues and maintain compliance with infection control policies.
