ABOUT THE ROLE

Maroondah Operating Suite has 4 Theatres caring for patients requiring Speciliaties such as Orthopaedics, Plastics including major Recontructive Surgery, Urology, Breast & Endocrine and General Surgery. The successful applicant will work co-hesively with the Multi-disciplinary Team providing excellent care for our patients. We provide a Monday-Friday service with reduced capacity at the weekends and after hours on-calls.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Minimum of 24 months as a Grade 3 or 36 months as a Grade 4 full time equivalent Theatre Technician
• Certification IV in Operating Theatre Technician Support (HLT47515)
• Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
• A strong commitment to high quality care
• The ability to work as part of a diverse team
• Excellent communication and organisational skill
