Peter Jones, London

In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales and enhancing customer experiences as we expand our brand presence. Your contributions will be essential to our mission of delivering high-quality fashion directly to consumers.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Previous experience in retail or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Handing customers over to till staff
• Support marketing initiatives to promote our products
• Help maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment
• Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Contribute ideas for improving customer engagement
• Ensure stock is on Their Nibs hangers
