The role is initially a seasonal position until November 2025 on an hourly rate of £13.00.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with duty managers to maintain high standards.
  • Take charge of shifts, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Support the completion of checklists and cleaning schedules in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the dining experience and support the team with guest enquiries.
  • Inspire and mentor your team members, helping them reach their full potential.
  • Drive sales, boost revenue, and achieve those targets like a champion.
  • Create a positive team environment that embraces change and fuels growth.
