CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL CHILD CARE WORKER - CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL HOME

Salary :£12.37 per hour (£13.50 per hour for qualified staff) plus £60 sleep in rate (2on 4off shift pattern)

Exceptional care are seeking individuals to support young people on a 1:1 or 2:1 staffing ratio, in a Residential setting in Ormskirk

YOUR ROLE AS A RESIDENTIAL CHILD CARE WORKER:

You will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people, and help towards the bright future they deserve; attending to their practical, physical and emotional needs. Safeguarding each young person at all times.
You will provide a high standard of care and support, in a professional manner, to vulnerable young people, with challenging behaviour and emotional behavioural difficulties.
You will develop a good working relationship with both children and young people and other outside agencies, and be the person that each child can trust through building positive relationships.
You will be part of a team who work together to create a loving, stable environment to ensure each young person is achieving positive outcomes and learning experiences.
