Job title: Therapeutic Practitioners (Multiple Specialisms) – ACCOLADE Midlands
Location: Leicestershire (all boroughs/districts: Leicester City, Blaby, Charnwood, Harborough, Hinckley & Bosworth, Melton, North West Leicestershire, Oadby & Wigston)
Pay: £18.00 per hour
Job type: Sessional / Part-time / Bank (flexible hours incl. some evenings/weekends)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver time-bound, goal-focused sessions in homes, schools and community venues
• Use trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches tailored to each child/family
• Complete clear session notes, plans and risk assessments using our templates
• Liaise with referrers (social care/education/health) and attend reviews where required
• Follow safeguarding procedures and attend supervision/CPD

QUALIFICATIONS/REGISTRATION (ROLE-DEPENDENT, DESIRABLE)

• Play/Creative therapy training (play therapy, art/dance/LEGO therapy)
• Attachment-focused parenting (PACE, DDP-informed, NVR, Triple P, Webster-Stratton)
• Therapeutic Life Story Work training/experience
• Psychotherapy/counselling qualification + professional membership (e.g., BACP/UKCP/BPS)
• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with Sensory Integration training/experience
• Groupwork design and facilitation experience
