What you’ll do at OhioMHAS: Participate in the development of treatment plans Charting, documentation, records, and reporting Organizing and conducting patient group activities Transport of patients to off-site appointments Participating in appropriate intervention This is an hourly position covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of 7 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule. This position is an ETA Established Term Appointment. It is a temporary position for 10 months with possible extensions. It supplements the permanent work force and could be scheduled for day, afternoon, and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays. There is no guarantee of hours, but ETA TPWs, may work 25-80 hours per a 2 week pay period based on their availability and the needs of the hospital. This position is located within our 1101 Summit Road, Cincinnati, OH 45237 Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading, writing & speaking common English vocabulary. In Department of Developmental Disabilities, must also possess a high school diploma or a certificate of high school equivalence pursuant to Ohio Administrative Code 5123:2-3-01(F) (1) (c). Or in positions at Veteran Services in addition to above must possess STNA certification &/or listed on Ohio Nurse Aide Registry. For positions that require operation of motor vehicle to transport consumers to recreational, educational &/or occupational activities, a valid driver’s license is required. -Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above. Required Educational Transcripts Official transcripts are required for all post-secondary education, coursework, or degrees listed on the application. Responsibilities

The Therapeutic Program Worker will participate in the development of treatment plans, conduct patient group activities, and document records and reporting. They will also be responsible for transporting patients to off-site appointments and participating in appropriate interventions.
