Position Summary:  Actively supervises and engages with campers throughout the day, including during group treatment services, lunch, structured recess, and recreational/enrichment activities to create a safe and therapeutic environment. Position Description: * Provides daily structured recreational group activities per camp schedule * Assists in the creation of a schedule of activities * Selects activities appropriate for clients skill level and ability * Monitors client participation in activities * Helps clients learn and implement positive social interactions * Engages clients and encourages participation in activities in order for clients to practice and develop skills * Collaborates and communicates with Camp Possible team to ensure smooth transitions into recreational activities * Other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Follow schedule; follow attendance policies (e.g. is on time for shifts and appointments) * Be adaptive, flexible, and responsive to the needs of the program * Interact with others in an ethically, culturally sensitive and respectful manner * Follow and explain to others issues such as media protocol and maintaining confidentiality. * Effectively takes ownership of, responds promptly to, customer feedback and requests and follows through on commitments made to customers * Write meaningful, accurate and concise reports and records * Demonstrate professional behavior (e.g. refraining involvement in personal client issues and intimate client relationships) * Demonstrate appropriate workplace dress and speech * Safety and security policies and procedures for agency and specific program. * Media protocol and maintaining confidentiality. * Recreational activities Job Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science or related field, or equivalent work experience as allowed/requiredby regulatory bodies Essential Functions/Physical Demands: * Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Occasional standing and walking. Occasional to frequent sitting. * Gross Mobility: Rare climbing, or crawling. Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching, and handling. * Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation. Frequent to constant talking.
