Description Job Title: Therapeutic RN Specialist Location: Monticello, Illinois Position: Type: Full-Time Hours: per week: 40 Schedule: M-F 8am-5:00pm Weekend/Holiday/On Call None Hourly Rate:$30.82-$46.24 *Compensation dependent on experience # of Openings: 1 Kirby Medical Center is looking for a dedicated, caring, detail-oriented registered nurse for our growing Theraputics space. If you are ready for set schdedule and personalized patient care than this is the position for you. Job Resposibilites: Administer IV and injectible medications (biologics, antibiotics, hydration, and blood products) Manage other therapy care plans including wound care and dressing changes, urinary catheter changes, intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (SQ) medication injections, central and peripheral line care with lab draws and dressing changes Maintain supplies and equiptment in the Therapeutic area Maintain a good working relationship with other departments and staff Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care, manage patient symtoms and ensure continuity of care across settings Ability to pick up additional shifts as desired Requirements Current state of Illinois Registered Nurse Licensure in good standing Current BLS Certification Current ACLS Certification Basic computer knowledge 1 year of nursing experience preferred Benefits: 40 hours PTO effective date of hire Annual $150 uniform stipend Paid Continuing education opportunities Tuition Assistance opportunity Health, Dental, Vision and Life insurance effective date of hire Generous 401(k) match effective after 90 days Quality/Goal incentive annually Free Wellness Program DAISY Foundation Partner Kirby Medical Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
